Admissions & Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in having your student attend HEARTS for the Lord Homeschool Academy. Follow the steps below to navigate through the process!





Step 1. Fill out our Admission Form

If you are a returning family, this step allows us to update your contact information.
The Admissions Officer will reach out to you within 10 working days.

Every family that completes the Admissions Form will receive an email with links to enrollment, consent forms and our Statement of Faith.




Step 2. Enroll


After your admission is accepted, you will be emailed links to enroll in classes.

Be sure to fill out the consent forms linked within the enrollment form.




Step 3. Send Checks for Registration, Fees and Tuition


When you receive the links for enrollment, please note that registration checks are made to HEARTS for the Lord, Inc. and first quarter Material Fees plus Tuition checks are written to individual teachers and sent to:

The remaining three quarters Tuition checks are written to individual teachers and can be left in their folders at HEARTS. The dates these checks are due can be found on our Year Calendar.




Important Dates


July 10th - Class cancellations decided.

August 26th - Registration deadline, Last day to withdraw from classes without forfeiting money.

October 4th - Last day to withdraw from classes, but you will forfeit the first payment and material fee.

Tuition is Due: October 31st, January 24th & March 20th
